Dr. Linda Lee Tarver is a nationally recognized election integrity expert, political consultant, educator, and Christian leader with more than three decades of experience in public service, civic engagement, and organizational leadership. Based in Michigan, she is the President of Tarver Consulting, where she provides strategic political and business consulting, specializing in campaign operations, voter engagement, messaging, and leadership development.
Holding dual doctorates in Education and Theology, along with a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Dr. Tarver brings a unique and powerful perspective that integrates faith, leadership, and public policy. A dynamic national speaker and educator, she is known for communicating truth with clarity, conviction, and compassion.
In 2025, she was commissioned as an Ambassador to Israel through Friends of Zion, extending her influence as a spiritual diplomat and global advocate for faith and freedom. Above all, Dr. Tarver is devoted to her faith in Jesus Christ, serving in ministry at Owosso Bible Church. She is a proud wife, loving mother, and joyful "Glam-ma."
Dr. Tarver is a civil rights leader, educational advocate, and former Michigan Civil Rights Commissioner — with a long record of standing for equal opportunity, parental choice, and the dignity of every American.
As a Project 21 Ambassador, she advocates for sound public policy in the Black community, championing constitutional principles, economic opportunity, and the values that strengthen families and neighborhoods.
